Rockridge is one of the original villas of Palm Beach. The beautiful 1940s beach house commands expansive 180-degree views and is surrounded by tropical gardens, pool and spa. Rockridge has a sunny northerly aspect and conveniently located directly across the road from steps that lead directly to the beach.

Serendip beach house is just steps from the centre of the main beach, yet hidden in a lush tropical garden setting. With its beautiful views, Sri Lankan design influence and laid back elegance, Serendip is an idyllic retreat of a very romantic kind.


Pacific Road House is a serene and magical house set high up on a hill with views overlooking Palm Beach Lighthouse, over to Pittwater and stretching out as far as the central coast. Built in the 1950s, the Harry Seidler-esque house suits its Palm Beach address – glamorous and a little bit Hollywood Hills (but with a better view!).
